Funeral services were conducted from the Church of Christ, Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. Walton of Sacramento, Calif., who was with her at the time of her death.She became a member of the Church of Christ when 16 years of age, and was a loyal and faithful member until her death.Her services were limited only by her physical strength. She was married to George F. Tufford, who survives her.She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. After World War I she was employed in Minneapolis by the Federal Board of Vocational Education for one and one half years. Tufford graduated from the local high school and for a number of years taught in the public schools of Minnesota and North Dakota. Death was not unexpected by those closely associated with her, as she had been gradually growing weaker for several days, and it was in keeping with the life that led up to it-quiet, simple, patient and unobtrusive, with self-denial and lack of claim upon others.No trail, no weakness, no entanglement of circumstances was ever sufficient cause for complaint and in this she has left for those whom she knew a rich inheritance, a guiding star for their future. Kemper was a member of Highland Chapel Christian Church and he was an honorary member of the Boiling Springs Rescue Squad. Mr. Kemper was born March 27, 1913, in Alleghany County, a son of the late David B. Gerstenberger Hospice Center in West Palm Beach.
